I doubt that this is indeed a law. I've seen - and many are similar - in many "Dumb Laws" website, but I never saw a connection with the real right - and the key laws are available online.

It's a stupid law, and it was again the stupid laws in the early days. I have seen other laws, and the fool of the law.
