What is causing this pain in my left shoulder blade? - left shoulder pain causes more condition_symptoms

It started last night. Suddenly I had this incredible pain in my right shoulder blade left, and lasted several hours. When I woke up this morning was beautiful, but it began again, and it's really unpleasant. I did not hurt myself or an exercise that might have caused. Can anyone help?
